    Shipped Items

    Shipped items like pillows & blankets are created after you order, so they take 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US & Canadian holidays) to ship out.

    Items are designed in Canada, and ship from North Carolina, USA. Please note some orders may arrive in two or more shipments. 

    International Shipping

    I ship within the USA and Canada.

    Return Policy

    Because each item is custom made just for you, I cannot accept returns. If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, email me within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item.

    Order Cancellations

    All FPC products are made-to-order. If your order has already entered the production stage (typically within 24 hours after purchase) or shipping stage, I will not be able to cancel it.

    Sale Pricing

    Sale pricing is valid between the sale dates only, and will not be applied to past purchases.

    Digital Art

    When you purchase my printable wall art, you will receive an email with a download link. This almost always occurs within 5-10 minutes of purchase but can take up to 30 minutes. If you have any troubles downloading, or did not receive your email, please email me at hello@frankieprintco.com.
