Shipped Items

Shipped items like pillows & blankets are created after you order, so they take 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US & Canadian holidays) to ship out.

Items are designed in Canada, and ship from North Carolina, USA. Please note some orders may arrive in two or more shipments. 

International Shipping

I ship within the USA and Canada.

Return Policy

Because each item is custom made just for you, I cannot accept returns. If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, email me within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item and damaged packaging, if applicable.

Order Cancellations

All FPC products are made-to-order. If your order has already entered the production stage (typically within 24 hours after purchase) or shipping stage, I will not be able to cancel it.

Sale Pricing

Sale pricing is valid between the sale dates only, and will not be applied to past purchases.
