What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as well as PayPal and Google Pay.

What delivery methods do you use?
You can choose from USPS and UPS. Delivery options are subject to change based on what country you're located in.

Where do your products ship from?
All of our products ship from Hendersonville, North Caroline, USA.

Will I pay additional customs or import fees? 
If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to customs or import fees. We cannot predict these fees, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. Frankie Print Co is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.

How long until my order ships?
All of our products are made to order, usually within 4-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm and do not include US holidays.

Return Policy
All returns must be received within 30 days to us in Canada, and in as-new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If the item is received in poor condition, it will be subject to a restocking fee. Please see full details on our Return Policy page.

Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will check the order status for you. If your item has already begun production, we cannot cancel the order. Please see full details on our Return Policy page.

I received my order, and there's something wrong. What do I do?
Send us a description and photo of the problem within 7 days of receiving it, and we will replace the item for you. Please note that because computer monitors are all different, minor colour discrepancies can occur that we are not responsible for.  Please see full details on our Return Policy page.
