Delivery

  • What countries do you ship to?
    • United States and Canada.
  • Where do your products ship from?
    • Products ship from the USA. I design everything out of Alberta, Canada. Some products may be shipped in two separate shipments.
  • What is the cost and method of shipping?
    • Prices and methods vary based on your location and the items you select. Please add the items you're interested in to your cart to receive a quote.
  • Will I pay additional customs or import fees?
    • If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to customs or import fees. We cannot predict these fees, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. Frankie Print Co is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.

Ordering + Returns

  • I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?
    • I do not accept returns or exchanges because everything is made-to-order just for you. 
  • My order arrived damaged or was lost in the mail. Can you replace it?
    • Absolutely. Just email me a photo of your damaged item within 14 days of receiving it. Or within 30 days of not receiving your item.
  • My order hasn't shipped yet. Can I cancel it?
    • All my items are made-to-order. If your order has already entered the production state (typically within 24 hours after purchase) or shipping stage, I am not able to cancel it.
  • How long until my order ships?
    • All of my products are made-to-order, usually within 4-8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm, and do not include US holidays.

Payment

  • Will I pay additional customs or import fees?
    • If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to customs or import fees. I cannot predict these fees, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. Frankie Print Co is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.

Love Letter Blankets

  • Can I use a letter that's already written?
    • Currently, every blanket order must use the template provided.
  • Are the letters printed, embroidered, or woven into the blanket?
    Your letter is woven directly into the blanket as it's being made, using 100% cotton colored threads! This makes the blanket quite durable, since the letters are actually a part of the blanket rather than printed on top.
  • Can I fit more than 400 characters?
    I can sometimes fit up to 500 characters on the larger sizes of blankets. Please feel free to use the chat button or email hello@frankieprintco.com with your desired text and I'll see what's possible!
  • There's a spelling mistake on my blanket! What now?
    • If the error was made by Frankie Print Co, just contact me at hello@frankieprintco.com with a photo of the mistake and I'll send out a replacement at no cost to you.
    • If the error was made on your part, still contact me, and I'll send you a coupon for a discounted blanket.
  • Can I use non-Western characters? Arabic, Mandarin, etc?
    Yes! Just write your letter in any language on the template provided when ordering. For detailed characters, please make sure to write large and clear.

General Questions

  • What size should I order?
    37x52 inches: a good size for a single person's lap, or for a child
    50x60 inches: most popular size to put on a sofa or couch
    60x80 inches: approximately the size of a queen-size bed (covering just the top, not hanging down the sides). Great if you want to fit a couple people under it for watching movies, etc.
