The product is great, however, after I purchase the item on-line I got a pop up for 10% off unfortunately I already paid, emailed but no response. I paid HST (US) with purchase but just got a bill from FedEx for taxes and custom brokerage fee. This is ridiculous I will never ever purchase from this company again. I already paid shipping and taxes with my purchase, very disappointed.
